Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Message us through our contact form with your order number and the reason.

How returns are resolved

Returns are resolved with a refund to your original payment method. We do not offer exchanges.

If you changed your mind

• The lamp must be unused, clean and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by you. We will send you the return address.
• We refund the price you paid for the item.

If it arrived damaged, defective or wrong

• Send us photos within 7 days of receiving it.
• We refund 100% or send a replacement, at no cost to you.

Once we receive and check the item, we process your refund within 10 business days.
